			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently started selling a new app. special in the Cantina. It has become an instant hit with guests asking if it will be on the menu everyday. Rest assured..it will be!<br />
Starting with large, fresh jalapeno peppers that I halve and remove the seeds. Second, stuff with medium heat raw Chorizo and then wrap with applewood bacon. They are then roasted in a high heat oven untill the bacon renders down. At service they are baked a second time and served over Mole Creme Sauce and finished under a flame with Mexican String Cheese. Garnished with chopped fresh cilantro.</p>
